Based on the largest percentage of community members you serve you are asked to apply to one of the CCNSF partners:

• If you are serving the AAPI community, you are applying to Coalition for Asian American Children and Families (CACF).

• If you are serving the Hispanic community, you are applying to Hispanic Federation (HF).

• If you are serving the black community, you are applying to New York Urban League (NYUL).

 We understand that you may be serving multiple communities, but again you should apply to the partner that represents the community that reflects the greatest number of your constituents.
