Join us for an advocacy training that will help your team plan ahead and think through advocacy work to empower and advance your clients, members and community. During this interactive training, you will:

• Learn about power analysis and how it is used to identify key decision-makers who have power over specific issues;

• Map stakeholder relationships and identify possible channels of influence, as well as risks of conflict; and

• Build a shared understanding of how power works on specific advocacy issues.
